Group dining options include preset menus for parties of 35 or more, in-house buffet packages, and appetizer buffets for groups of 30 or more before 6 p.m. Additional appetizers, side dishes, trays, desserts, and beverage options may also be available. What is included with the preset event menus?
La Hacienda currently offers three preset-menu tiers for groups of 35 or more. Options range from classic Tex-Mex dishes to fajitas, seafood, steak, and other restaurant favorites. Current packages include a nonalcoholic beverage, tax, and suggested gratuity. Menu selections, pricing, and terms are listed on the Special Events page .
Are in-house buffet packages available?
Yes. La Hacienda offers several in-house buffet packages featuring combinations of enchiladas, crispy tacos, fajitas, grilled chicken, steak, pork, and other restaurant favorites. Buffet selections, pricing, and minimum guest requirements may change, so review the current Special Events menus while planning your gathering.
Are appetizer buffets available?
Yes. Appetizer buffets are currently available for groups of 30 or more and must take place before 6 p.m. Hosts select at least five items from the available classic and premium selections. Current timing, menu, and service requirements are available on the Special Events page .
Is a deposit required for a special event?
Yes. A $100 deposit is currently required to hold an event reservation. Confirm current payment and reservation requirements with a manager when booking your gathering.
What is the cancellation policy?
La Hacienda currently requires at least 72 hours’ notice before the reservation for the deposit to be refunded. A cancellation made with less notice may result in the deposit being forfeited. Review the complete policy on the Special Events page .
When is the final guest count due?
For applicable event packages, the final confirmed guest count is required 72 hours before the event. The confirmed count becomes the minimum number of guests charged. Contact the event team for the requirements that apply to your selected menu and service format.
Can we bring an outside cake or dessert?
Outside desserts may be permitted. A cake-plating fee may apply when La Hacienda provides china, flatware, and cutting service. Guests may be able to avoid the fee by supplying disposable plates and plasticware. Confirm the current policy with the restaurant team before your event.
Does La Hacienda offer off-site catering?
Yes. La Hacienda offers catering packages for weddings, company gatherings, family celebrations, and other events throughout the San Antonio area. Yes. La Hacienda has a private parking lot with ample room for restaurant and event guests.
